Job Description:

- Participate in surgeries involving thoracic robots in a fast-paced CVOR environment.
- Possess transplant skills (preferred) and handle patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics.
- No requirement to float between units, ensuring a stable and focused work environment.
- Participate in the call schedule, which may include one day a week and one weekend approximately every four weeks, subject to departmental needs.
- Ensure full compliance for a timely start, with potential delays resulting in a two-week push back due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
- Orientation consists of 13 hours, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience.
- Submit core items and complete or schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
- Availability to work during major holidays as per the assignment requirements. If one major holiday falls during the assignment, it is expected to be worked; if two, both are expected. Holidays include Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving/Black Friday.
