Katy Trail Community Health is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training sessions that meet the needs of our employees and students
- Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Assess training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective development programs
- Conduct training sessions and monitor progress
- Provide feedback to enhance learning experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a workforce development instructor or a background in healthcare
- Proficiency in adult-centered teaching practices
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Refined interpersonal techniques
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ability to travel as needed
