Job Description

As a Payment Integrity Vendor Service Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our vendor partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and execute value-driven vendor relationships through effective onboarding, business process alignment, and operational performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless delivery of outsourced services
  • Monitor vendor performance against contracted service levels and take corrective action as needed
  • Partner with business leads to understand evolving service needs and expectations
  • Establish and coordinate ongoing service level metric/performance reporting to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services on vendor strategy discussions and provide data, knowledge, and feedback on vendor operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in vendor performance/service delivery
  • Direct project management experience required
  • Functional expertise and business system knowledge in applicable business environment
