Job Summary

The Leasing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales and occupancy growth for Lurin Management Services LLC by generating leads, promoting community features, and securing lease agreements. This position requires excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Sales and Marketing Strategies

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to internet leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours to showcase community features and benefits.
  • Greeting visitors with professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service to prospects, residents, and internal team members.
  • Maintaining prospect traffic and leasing data, while assisting with computer data entry as necessary.
  • Inspect units for move-ins to ensure they are ready for new residents and prepare move-in packets.
  • Collecting application fees, deposits, and rent from prospective residents.
  • Preparing and submitting resident application materials for approval.

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with planning and hosting resident functions and special events, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication among team members.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of customer service/sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of property management software such as Onesite.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
