We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Franklin Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient services and promoting a positive image of our practice in the community.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on national averages for similar roles. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match, as well as flexible spending accounts and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering direct patient services, such as scaling, x-rays, and patient education, under the supervision of a dentist. You will work closely with patients, primarily children, to promote good oral health habits and provide compassionate care. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in creating memorable patient experiences.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, including scaling, x-rays, and patient education
- Assess patient dental conditions and needs, and review medical history
- Provide general support to the office, including participating in morning huddles and assisting with dental and perio charting
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
