### Key Responsibilities

* Communicate ClubLife through various channels, ensuring seamless member experiences
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing member needs and preferences
* Promote Member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences
* Foster strong relationships with members and guests, driving engagement and loyalty
* Participate in key ClubLife project work, including execution of Birthday campaigns and reservations follow-up

### Qualifications

* Service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences
* Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with a positive phone demeanor
* Ability to work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
