Customer Service Representative

As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in helping customers achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options.
Key Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
