Job Summary

Tire Technicians at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores play a vital role in maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our customers. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in our shop and roadside service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of tire-related tasks, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including day and night shifts.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Loves).
