Key Responsibilities- Provide medical care to patients under physician supervision, including writing orders and prescriptions as needed.
- Assess patients' needs and develop, implement, and evaluate teaching strategies and educational programs related to occupational health.
- Communicate and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform and assist with designated procedures, and document patient information as required.
- Contribute to the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of services and programs within the occupational health department.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Current licensure and certification in the state of Michigan, as applicable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Experience working in occupational health, urgent care, emergency department, or orthopedics, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
