Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on restoring function and preventing disability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans of care.
Implement evidence-based treatment programs to improve patient outcomes, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques.
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care and communication with patients and families.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, attending continuing education courses and workshops as needed.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
