We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse (PD RN). As a PD RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, empowering patients to take control of their health and well-being.

About the Role:
  • Provide education on peritoneal dialysis to patients and their care partners, enabling them to manage their treatment effectively
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, taking into account each patient's unique needs and goals
  • Build strong relationships with patients, support systems, and care partners, fostering a collaborative approach to healthcare
  • Work independently, managing multiple cases and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and effective care

Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
