Business Development Consultant

As a Sales Growth Expert at Staples, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue expansion through proactive sales strategies. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue new accounts and expand existing relationships to increase sales revenue.

- Engage in face-to-face interactions with clients across various account hierarchies.
- Analyze contract and co-op availability within designated regions to optimize sales performance.
- Influence pricing decisions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain a sales funnel to close high-potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong desire to succeed and win in the sales environment.
- Show resilience in handling rejection as an opportunity for growth.
- Possess 1-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of business development.
- Develop consultative selling, solutions selling, and negotiation skills to drive results.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on location and qualifications.
