Job Summary

This role involves designing and overseeing the execution of architectural projects, ensuring they align with client vision, local regulations, and industry standards. You will be responsible for creating and managing construction documents, collaborating with project teams, and communicating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 3-10 years of professional experience as a Licensed Architect
  • LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Green Globes certification or interest in achieving accreditation
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and experience producing quality construction documents
  • Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, and Adobe Suite (preferred)

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with project teams during project design phases, develop design sketches and renderings, participate in bidding and construction administration, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to office activities and initiatives.
