Job OverviewAbilities, LLC is a residential provider offering quality diversified services and supports in the Johnson County area. We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team.

As a leadership role, the Behavior Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of individual behavior supports. This includes collaborating with the Clinical Director, other Behavior Analysts, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide behavior services under a Missouri Department of Mental Health-Division of Developmental Disabilities contracted provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload and Schedule: Manage a small caseload and participate in rotating weekend on-call crisis teams.
  • Behavior Analysis Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges, skill deficits, and environmental factors impacting behavior.
  • Behavior Intervention Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings and best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Develop and analyze data collection systems to measure behavior change and progress towards treatment goals.
  • Training & Supervision: Provide training and supervision to Direct Support Professionals and RBTs in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Prefer experience with staff training and MO Department of Mental Health policies and procedures.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri.
