Job Overview

WallStJobs is seeking a skilled Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team as a Remote Licensed Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling various insurance products to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients seeking insurance products, addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy changes promptly and professionally.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options, including coverage, benefits, and premiums, to clients.
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs, ensuring optimal coverage and satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and claims procedures, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate client records and information in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and insurance products, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
Qualifications
  • Must hold one or more of the following insurance licenses: Life, Health, Property, Casualty.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting client needs.
