Job Summary

This position is located at a US Army facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting fees, processing customer orders, maintaining work area cleanliness, and controlling inventory. The employee will also ensure that liquor is weighed correctly, accounted for, and served according to recipe guidelines to meet department cost of goods. Additionally, the employee will be responsible for reporting daily events, breakage, and spoilage, as well as completing all mandated training.

Responsibilities
  • Collect fees and process customer orders
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and control inventory
  • Ensure liquor is weighed correctly and served according to recipe guidelines
  • Report daily events, breakage, and spoilage
  • Complete all mandated training
Requirements
  • Meet state/local age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds
  • Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory
  • Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
Working Conditions

This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position. All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
