Job Summary:

As a Drink Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing prompt and friendly service, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable time at Main Event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver drinks and food to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
