Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an Avionics Technician to join our team in Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft avionics and electrical systems
- Inspect and modify aircraft avionics and electrical systems
- Operate ground support equipment as required
- Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Avionics or electrical A/C technical school or equivalent
- 0-2 years of avionics work experience or equivalent
- Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form
- Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control
- Must obtain Ground Support Equipment qualifications as required
- Must be able to work unscheduled overtime and in seasonal/inclement weather
- Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) if required
- Certifications such as GROL or AET may be required
