Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lupe Tortilla. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve our bar guests with a smile
  • Possess menu knowledge and guide guests through the dining experience
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Work efficiently to take care of guests and prepare drinks to Lupe specs
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar
  • Deliver checks and collect payment

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Restaurant experience
  • Possess a current food handlers and TABC certificate
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
