About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Automation Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As an integral part of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-volume manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
  • Communicate equipment status to relevant stakeholders and provide timely updates on maintenance activities
  • Complete work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Participate in process reviews and contribute to problem-solving efforts as part of the team

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical and pneumatic knowledge, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician working with complex equipment
  • Experience with automated assembly equipment and high-volume automated systems
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Strong drive and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with PLC's and robotics
  • Past leadership experience

Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is estimated at $30-$35 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as competitive compensation packages.
