At Turner & Townsend, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth and development efforts in Tampa. As a Business Generation and Operations Director, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our team, and enhancing our capabilities in the commercial real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning and strategy for the Tampa business, working closely with Territory Leads and MD.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Real Estate business, including team organization, financial management, and business management.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and grow the team.
  • Oversee service leads in planning and delivering key project activities, including knowledge shares, relationship management, and new opportunity generation.
  • Accountable for management of operations in Turner & Townsend systems, including management of governance and performance processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in the consulting construction industry.
  • Experience managing teams and client relations within the Southern Florida market is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proactive, quality-driven, self-motivated, and hands-on team leader with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
