Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct verbal assessments with patients prior to admission via phone interview
  • Collect patients' medical history from previous medical records
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia department to coordinate patient needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • At least 2 years' work experience in OR, PACU, ASC, ED, ICU preferred
