About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor, visual merchandising, and operational activities to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, visual merchandising, and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, provide coaching and feedback to colleagues, and make sound decisions that align with company goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales floor and visual merchandising efforts to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct regular sales and visual merchandising analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the district manager and other store leaders to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3-5 years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in a multi-store environment.
  • Strong background in sales, visual merchandising, and leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and make sound decisions that align with company goals and values.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
