Recreation Program Administrator for Enrichment and Special Events

The Town of Falmouth seeks a highly motivated and organized Recreation Program Administrator to lead the development and implementation of non-sport-related enrichment programs and special events for the community. This position will work closely with the Recreation Director to plan, execute, and supervise programs and events that promote community engagement and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement non-sport-related enrichment programs and special events for the community
- Collaborate with local organizations and community groups to enhance program offerings and promote recreation facilities
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and advertising
- Work closely with the Recreation Director to plan, execute, and supervise programs and events
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with the community to promote recreation programs and facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in recreation management, leisure studies, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing recreational programs
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, community engagement, and technology skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment
