Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical support to our Federal Occupational Health (FOH) staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office files, preparing documents, and coordinating office duties critical to the operation of FOH.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize office files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and readily available for retrieval.
  • Prepare and type various documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Coordinate and implement a range of office duties including secretarial, receptionist, and general clerical responsibilities.
  • Manage office equipment, telecommunications, facility usage, space issues, and supply distribution.
  • Provide travel support for staff members and assist in the preparation and analysis of office operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • At least one year of experience working in the medical field and in office management.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000 annually. This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as a 401k plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
