CNC Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lead to join our team at Qualigence. As a CNC Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of CNC operators and ensuring the quality of precision components and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor tool offsets and maintain the machine
  • Load material and perform inspections
  • Capable of process troubleshooting and quality oriented
  • 1 year of Machine Operator experience and/or relevant experience utilizing micrometers and Calipers for inspection
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
