Aerial Foreman Job Description

CableCom is seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team. As an Aerial Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the daily work performed by a 3 to 4 man crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the daily work performed by a 3 to 4 man crew.
  • Ensure that all needed tools and equipment are available at the jobsite.
  • Assign work to the crew members in the field.
  • Work from engineered blue prints.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork to track and bill for the work performed.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a lineman.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (Class "C" minimum) or be eligible and willing to acquire any needed drivers license (including "commercial class" license).
  • Able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
