About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and accomplished individual to join our esteemed faculty as a Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the advancement of research and education in the field, shaping the next generation of engineers and innovators.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and computer engineering, with a proven track record of research and teaching excellence. They will be expected to develop and teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, mentor students, and engage in collaborative research with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop courses in electrical and computer engineering, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses.
  • Conduct research in electrical and computer engineering, with a focus on areas such as semiconductor manufacturing, communication theory, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
  • Mentor students and advise on research projects, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects, sharing expertise and knowledge to advance the field.
  • Participate in departmental and college service, contributing to the development of academic programs and policies.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a closely related field. A strong research and teaching background, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
