The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Executive focused on the payer market. You'll be the face of Notable Health in this sector, responsible for driving sales and growth within a designated geographic territory.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of Enterprise Healthcare IDNs and payer organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders and negotiation
  • Develop strategic territory sales plans to build a network of key clients and advocates
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to optimize our go-to-market approach
  • Approach the market with a beginner's mind, providing iterative feedback to product and solutions teams
  • Manage organizational relationships, interpret performance metrics, and develop creative solutions

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS companies in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • An existing sales track record and VP+ relationships within payer organizations
  • Domain expertise in Value Based Care, Risk Adjustment, Utilization Management, HEDIS, and member engagement, as well as a general understanding of underlying cloud infrastructures and platforms within Enterprise Healthcare Provider organizations
  • Able to travel up to 50%

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
