Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $33,600 and $49,920, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the base hourly rate falls within the provided range of $16.00 - $24.00 per hour.
About the RoleThis position involves leading the store team in planning and executing daily operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. You'll be responsible for supervising store crews, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with store management and staff to achieve shared goals.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, as needed
