Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled Cosmetic Technician to join our team at CarMax. As a key member of our detailing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.

• Conduct thorough cosmetic inspections of vehicles to identify areas requiring attention
• Repair and replace small parts to ensure vehicles are in good working order
• Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a showroom finish
• Follow and promote CarMax's high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: washing, waxing, cleaning, and buffing, masking, sanding, grinding, and applying paint; removing and replacing small parts, carrying out minor repairs
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and walk/stand for extended periods
• Customer focus and attention to detail
• Possession of a valid driver's license
