CyberData Technologies is seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality administrative support to the Radio Branch for our Federal Client in Washington, DC. This role requires the ability to obtain a USSS Public Trust Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update reports for leased antenna sites, including changes in equipment and lease agreement expiration dates.
  • Perform bench checks of radios and ancillary systems to determine functionality.
  • Properly document USSS asset identification numbers, repairs, installations, and vehicle information in the database.
  • Verify customer requests, assess requirements, and correctly perform actions or rectify problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Validate antenna site leasing and billing, certified by the Radio Section Lead.
  • Provide daily liaison between the USSS and vendors regarding billing issues.
  • Maintain the TEMS database/folders for individual sites, including costs, licenses, and contract information.
  • Complete and print letter documents as needed for billing, site lease, and information.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Section Lead on antenna site programs and issues.
  • Work with FMD to process invoices after certification by the FTE.
  • Maintain billing, invoices, and inventory ordering data in the database.
  • Offer best practice recommendations to reduce inventory and maintain reliable operation.
  • Create cost avoidance reports to document processed invoices, service summaries, financial savings, and new/disconnected telecommunications services.
  • Work with the Voice Programs Section to submit circuit orders to TELCO/GSA and ensure database completion.
