Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. HCA Healthcare's benefits package includes comprehensive medical coverage, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our patient care team, you will deliver high-quality care, assist staff during operative and invasive procedures, and ensure the operating room is prepared for each procedure.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Assist staff during operative and invasive procedures
  • Prepare the operating room for each procedure
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) certification
  • Surgical Technologist Certificate preferred (CST) or equivalent
  • Completion of surgical technologist course or comparable experience
  • 1 – 3 years of previous OR Tech experience
