Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to patients and families, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of a School of Practical Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
