About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our members' children while their parents participate in fitness classes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with prior experience working with children in a childcare setting. A patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor is essential for this role, as you will be supervising and engaging with children of various ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage with children in a fun and safe environment
  • Create a stimulating atmosphere for children through age-appropriate activities and games
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare area
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
