Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Public House 701. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- 1-2 Years Restaurant Experience Preferred
- Ability to execute recipes as directed with attention to detail in preparation and presenting
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification or Food Safety Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills; with ability to perform with sense of urgency when needed
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
