Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Public House 701. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years Restaurant Experience Preferred
  • Ability to execute recipes as directed with attention to detail in preparation and presenting
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification or Food Safety Knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills; with ability to perform with sense of urgency when needed
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
