Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Associate Director of Nursing Administration to join our team at American Career College. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a comprehensive registered nurse program, providing administrative leadership and management in support of university, campus, and departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Assist the Campus Director of Nursing in providing administrative leadership and management of the registered nurse program.
    • Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to support programmatic operations.
    • Oversee and direct staff, fostering a creative and responsive work environment.
  • Non-Academic Support
    • Monitor and follow up with faculty regarding student attendance.
    • Advise students on non-academic matters.
    • Resolve non-academic issues relating to the nursing program.
  • Accreditation
    • Maintain current personnel documents as required by accrediting agencies.
    • Participate in the accreditation process.
  • Budget and Fiscal Responsibility
    • Prepare and monitor the annual nursing program budget.
    • Approve purchases for Skills Lab and academic resources.
  • Payroll and HR
    • Manage payroll and ensure accurate ADP system roster.
    • Approve PTOs and facilitate reports for backup coverage.
  • ATI Account Management
    • Serve as a campus liaison with ATI Company.
    • Schedule campus visits and training.
  • Facilities and Information Technologies
    • Ensure nursing associates and faculty have access to applications.
    • Maintain updated Microsoft Outlook Groups.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Serve as the key communicator of university policies and procedures.
    • Manage incident reports and collaborate with HR.
Requirements
  • A Master's or higher degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in education or business administration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in office management and personnel supervision.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, and local laws/regulations relating to programs and governmental compliance.
