Occupational Therapist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As an Occupational Therapist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including skilled occupational therapy services and interventions, in accordance with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
