Sales Professional with Accounting Background

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, creating outreach strategies, and building rapport with senior level executives at potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate new business opportunities and create effective outreach strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and identify solutions to resolve them
- Utilize all available means to create robust prospecting lists, including internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for conversations, scheduling calls, and converting qualified prospects to scheduled demos
- Track progress and document activities in Salesforce automation systems
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Past audit/accounting experience (any amount acceptable)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts
- Eagerness to be coached and committed to self-improvement
- A team player with a collaborative orientation
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
FloQast offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $70,000 and an OTE of $95,000. Additionally, we offer unlimited PTO, mental health days, and a generous parental leave policy.
