Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful as a Physical Therapist at Mass General Brigham, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Basic math and computer science skills.
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.
  • Ability to assess and interact with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Computer proficiency, with preference for Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 per year, based on national averages for Physical Therapists in Massachusetts. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as employee assistance programs.
