Job Summary

This position requires a Top Secret SCI polygraph clearance and involves working in a fast-paced medical office environment. You will provide nursing care to end-user customers under the supervision of registered nurses, doctors, and other providers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic patient care, including assessments and screenings, under the direct clinical supervision of a primary RN Clinical Manager.
  • Maintain clear communication among the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care for newly enrolled members.
  • Assist with caseload management activities, internal and external care transition activities, and preventative health and wellness initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for members and contribute to meeting their needs, managing care, and ensuring effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a practical or vocational nurse in a State or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a medical office or hospital setting as a LPN.
  • Strong clinical abilities, detail-oriented, and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,225 and $75,335, depending on your skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors. This position may be eligible for short-term incentives as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary insurance, and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
