Commercial Credit Analyst Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team at a rapidly growing financial institution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned credit professional looking for a fast-paced and ever-evolving role.
This position offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in driving the lending strategy of the bank, working closely with senior management and loan officers to provide key insights and expertise.

- Able to work a hybrid schedule as determined by you and your manager.
- Analyze complex financial documents, including tax returns, income statements, and credit reports, to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Perform detailed cash flow analysis and assess risk to help make lending decisions aligned with the bank's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with loan officers and senior management to drive the lending strategy, utilizing Abrigo software to streamline and enhance the credit analysis process.
- At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis within a bank setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a hybrid work schedule, to support your success and well-being.
