Reliable Maintenance Technician Wanted in Portland, Maine

ManpowerGroup is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Portland, Maine. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a company that values its employees.
Job Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Assignment Length: Direct-hire
We are looking for an experienced candidate who can perform maintenance and repairs on roofing systems, HVAC units, and external equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and be proficient in using hand tools.
Responsibilities- Performing maintenance and repairs on roofing systems, HVAC units, and external equipment
- Inspecting and maintaining operating equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and operational standards
- Testing and evaluating equipment performance using tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and pressure gauges
- Maintaining tools and machinery in good condition and keeping accurate preventive maintenance records
- Responding to security alarm calls and addressing other maintenance-related emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, SAP knowledge preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and performing physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs
- Full-time, direct-hire position
