Regional Client Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Client Administrator to join our team at Golden Reserve LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the Southwest Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence
- Oversee internal operational aspects of the region's office(s)
- Maintain client filing systems
- Provide world-class customer service
Requirements:
- Two (2) years+ of administrative support experience (must include phone support)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Teams)
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication skills
- GRIT - a blue-collar mindset with accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness
What We Offer:
- Competitive Annual Salary - $50,000 - $60,000

Work Schedule:
8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-Hour lunch. Must be available to work occasional evening hours to support educational workshops, as needed. We pay overtime.
