Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and chronic disease management services to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and overseeing patients' health.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment: Examine patients and their medical records to identify health concerns and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Disease Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose health conditions and illnesses, propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases, and prescribe medications as needed.
  • Health Education: Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention strategies to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and schedules to ensure seamless patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with health and patient care regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
