Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during assigned shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for career advancement, and a fun and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running shifts effectively, ensuring quality products, excellent guest service, and restaurant cleanliness while maintaining labor and food costs.
  • FOLLOWING AND IMPLEMENTING RESTAURANT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES EFFECTIVELY, HOLDING TEAM MEMBERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND/OR BEHAVIORS.
  • ENSURING THE ACCURATE COMPLETION AND FOLLOW-THROUGH OF ALL FOOD SAFETY PRACTICES AND EMPLOYMENT LAW COMPLIANCE. PROMPTLY COMMUNICATING ANY QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIORS OR INFRACTIONS WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER.
  • Demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to promote team member growth and the development of a high-performing team.
  • Routinely monitoring and coaching the team on safety best practices related to JINYA Ramen Bars hazard communication program and workplace safety.
  • Performing restaurant opening and closing procedures effectively.
  • Performing and understands managerial functions with the POS system.
  • Responsible for restaurant cash management.
  • Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for shifts based on current restaurant sales.
  • Holds team accountable for following proper uniform standards including and grooming and jewelry guidelines.
  • Ensures proper follow-up of visitation and full field reports, including but not limited to cleanliness, hospitality, and ground appearance.
