The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $75,000 per year. This compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting top talent while considering factors like local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

Job Description

You'll be an integral part of our team in Long Beach, CA, where you'll have the opportunity to thrive in a value-based care model.

As a Gastroenterologist Fellow, you'll receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training, allowing you to focus on your development without the burden of job searching.

This unique program will enhance your experience during your final months of training, providing you with exposure to population health initiatives nationally and growth opportunities within the Quadruple Aim framework.

Through mentorship from experienced physicians, you'll ease into practice, equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Residency or Fellowship completion date: Summer 2025
  • Desire to practice out-patient care in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Diego County, or San Bernardino County
