About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Autonomous ABA Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create real change for children and their families by providing expert ABA services and guidance. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans;
- Supervising ongoing ABA programs, assessing progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes;
- Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies;
- Assuming overall direction and supervision of paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services;
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:
- A current BCBA certification;
- Familiarity with clinical assessments and ability to interpret results;
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment;
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in ABA delivery;
- Respect for cultural diversity and adaptability of ABA procedures to meet diverse needs;
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance to address areas for improvement.
