Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeroom Clerk to join our team at Alyeska Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Receive and process deliveries, verifying vendor invoices and ensuring timely payment
  • Stock product in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization
  • Participate in daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Assist with the filling of hotel vending machines and assume responsibilities of the Hotel Expeditor as needed
  • Follow company vehicle policy and report any maintenance issues
  • Receive, record, and distribute packages to guests and other departments
  • Adhere to all Resort customer service standards
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Prior experience in a Storeroom or Warehouse environment and prior Hotel experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Purchasing/Inventory system experience desirable
  • Ability to read and analyze vendor invoices, inter-departmental requisitions, and email requests
  • Ability to write clear and thorough descriptions on manual requisitions
  • Ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from managers, associates, and guests
