As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing training programs to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily salon operations
  • Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain inventory and manage supplies

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Previous management experience
